The Naudet Brothers File a Lawsuit Against Loose Change

The Naudet Brothers have demanded that Dylan Avery remove all of the footage taken from their documentary film from the Loose Change films. Dylan Avery was given 3 days to remove the footage or face huge fines. Well, if you have been to the Loose Change website lately you would see that Dylan Avery is complying with all of their demands. The website is pretty much shut down.

The fishy part is that many films have used the Naudet Brothers footage. Are they going to try to sue all of them or just Dylan Avery because he has the most prominent 9/11 films out there?

The other bad thing is that Dylan Avery was planning to release a new version of Loose Change this coming September 11th for theaters.

I'll keep you posted on what's going on.

The Naudet movie was intended to be about S11 all along, ever since they started filming in June 2001:
